Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Salon Manager to support the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience. You’ll assist the Salon Manager in overseeing staff, ensuring quality service, and driving sales while maintaining a positive and professional salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Salon Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Support scheduling of stylists, beauticians, and support staff
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering
• Help train, motivate, and evaluate team performance
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues
• Uphold salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Promote salon services and retail products to meet sales targets
• Assist with staff meetings and team development sessions
• Manage salon opening/closing procedures as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a salon or beauty environment (management experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of salon software systems (preferred but not required)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Passion for the beauty industry and a professional attitude

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
