Assistant Manager

You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the F&B industry based in Bangalore. With a salary range of 30-35k, you are required to have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing shipment loading and unloading, managing day-to-day warehouse operations, and creating shipment schedules. You will also be monitoring inventory levels using software programs and coordinating transportation or shipments as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification, with relevant experience in Purchase and warehouse management. Proficiency in working with all levels of company staff, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities are essential. Social skills, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to analyze data are key attributes required for this position. Additionally, you should have knowledge of software such as MMS, Brain Powder, and any Inventory Software, along with expertise in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with GRN & Stock Transfer Note, different inventory management techniques (LIFO, FIFO, ABC Analysis, Par Stock Level, Critical Stock Level), and maintaining product inventory records in Excel will be crucial aspects of your role. Your duties will also involve coordinating with suppliers/vendors for timely delivery, liaising with the operations team for invoice tracking, and organizing employee training and teamwork initiatives.
