Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Education Counsellors.
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and maintain high service quality.
Drive sales closures and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Monitor team performance through daily/weekly productivity reports and present progress to senior management.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing timely support and solutions.
Utilize CRM and databases for lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion management.
Explore new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and innovative strategies.
Stay updated with company offerings to effectively present solutions to clients.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team.
