Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, implement strategies to achieve operational and sales targets, and manage team performance to foster a productive work environment. Additional responsibilities include customer relationship management, addressing client needs, monitoring branch performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and team management to effectively guide and support branch staff
• Well-versed in operations management, process improvement, and maintaining compliance with company and legal standards
• Strong background in customer relationship management to address client concerns and enhance customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in organizational, strategic planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency with computer applications and branch management software
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a corporate or business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting organizational objectives
