As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of development. As a hands-on Tech Lead with a focus on becoming a Solution Architect, you will excel in building with the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, C#), designing on Azure, and leading teams to deliver AI-powered cloud solutions. Collaborating closely with product and engineering heads, you will lead the technical roadmap for high-impact client projects. Your responsibilities will include leading solution design, development, and deployment of modern cloud-native applications on Azure. You will architect scalable services using .NET Core, C#, Azure Functions, Web APIs, and microservices. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and clients to translate business needs into functional solutions, mentor developers, drive best practices, implement DevOps pipelines, and participate in pre-sales discussions to shape solution proposals and estimations. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, hands-on experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, ADF, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, etc.), a strong foundation in software architecture patterns, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of AI/ML integration. Excellent communication, team leadership, and solutioning skills are essential, along with a passion to grow into a full-fledged Solution Architect.
