Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Skills
• Programming: Strong Python (async, typing, packaging) and TypeScript/Node.js for backend integration.
• LLMs & GenAI: Prompt design, function/tool calling, RAG pipelines, agent/orchestration patterns (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
• Vector search: Pinecone, Turbopuffer.
• MLOps: Docker, feature & prompt stores, rollout & rollback.
• Serving/Infra: FastAPI/Flask/Node services, REST/gRPC, async job queues (Celery/RQ/Kafka), autoscaling, latency & cost optimization.
• API Endpoints: Experience with Cloud LLM APIs and On-Prem Hosted Endpoints.
• Testing & eval: Unit/integration tests for pipelines, AI evaluation (Braintrust, LangSmith, Patronus, etc.).
• Monitoring: Production observability for AI (prompt/model drift, hallucination/grounding scores, latency, cost), alerts & dashboards.
• Product & Integration Skills
• Workflow design: Map user journeys to AI steps; human-in-the-loop review.
• API & SDK integration: Clean interfaces for product teams; backwards compatibility; feature flags.
• Nice to Haves
• Experience with MCP Servers
• Team Skills
• Clear written specs, PR discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with PM/Design/QA.
• Pragmatic, product-minded: ship incremental value, measure impact, iterate.
• Experience & Background
• 1-3 years building production AI/LLM features.
• Shipped at least one AI workflow used by real customers (share metrics: adoption, latency, cost/user).
