Position: Architecture Intern - Design & Research

6-month Architecture Internship

recent graduates or students in their final year, eager to contribute to context-sensitive urban projects

Prameya Consulting is an urban strategy and planning firm focused on building inclusive, resilient, and

sustainable cities. We combine data, design, and research to address urban challenges across

sectors including housing, mobility, heritage, and public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations for an urban project in Varanasi.
• Assist in designing tactical urban interventions and preparing detailed design drawings.
• Create infographics and visual content to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and team members to refine design solutions.
• Support research and analysis to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

• Hybrid position in Mumbai or Ahmedabad
• Students and recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience in architecture, urban design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in architectural drawing, 3D modeling, and visualization.
• Strong design and spatial thinking skills, with an understanding of urban projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign), 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create design drawings, infographics, and visual content.
• Self-driven and able to work effectively within a team.
