To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and hold a B.Arch degree from a recognized institution. Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment is key. The selection process includes a technical test to assess proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD, followed by a final face-to-face interview with hiring managers.
