Architect (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Model Town, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time

Grey Ink Studio is looking for a passionate, self-motivated Architect with strong design sensibility, great energy, and the ability to brainstorm and conceptualize effectively. Experience in institutional or retail projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects end to end- concept development, design detailing, coordination, and execution.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
• Bring strong creative input to spatial planning, especially for retail environments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (retail, institutional, or residential projects).
• Strong proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and AI design tools.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and problem solving skills.
• Self driven, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and willingness to contribute fresh ideas.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• On-site role at Model Town, Delhi
