Profile :

Architect with 5 plus years experience with 3d skills

Salary will be as per industry norms

Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections

Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Requirements:

BArch or Degree in Interior Designing
5-6 years experience in any reputable architect firm with specialization in high-end commercial projects
Strong knowledge of interior decoration, space planning
Good Visualisation skills , AutoCAD , Sketch-up , Vray etc MS office
Prepare Production & Shop Floor Designs for Execution.
Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, details, and specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
