Applied AI Engineer

Role Overview: At Quantum Gandiva AI, we are looking for a passionate AI Architect to architect data pipelines from scratch to production for our Autonomy Stack project. As a foundational team member, you will play a crucial role in building fast, reliable, and secure systems for self-improving AI agents. This is not your typical "entry-level" role, and we value your GitHub contributions, personal projects, and dedication to the field. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and scale the agentic platform, including memory management, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks - Develop multi-tenant memory systems with sophisticated recall and production-grade agent orchestration - Implement context-aware APIs and evaluation frameworks, as well as cutting-edge RAG implementations - Collaborate with the team to build reliable, scalable AI systems using modern context engineering principles Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of Python experience in production environments - Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI agents - Hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangGraph, Autogen, or similar - Proficiency in Containerization using Docker or similar technology - Strong background in vector databases (e.g., pgvector) and memory architectures - Experience with streaming APIs and token optimization - Passion for developing scalable AI solutions Additional Company Details: At Quantum Gandiva AI, we are a deep-research AI lab based in Visakhapatnam, focused on practical, reproducible research.
