As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for handling desktop support tasks including outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware, OS, and applications troubleshooting. Your role will involve utilizing your hands-on experience in desktop support to ensure smooth functioning of systems. Additionally, you should have a good working knowledge of DNS and other related technologies. Having basic knowledge in server administration will be an added advantage in this role. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with users to understand and resolve their technical issues. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in desktop support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be willing to work on a 24/7 shift rotation, including 6 working days in a week. The shift timings may vary, including 1st Shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Night Shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, and General Shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This position is full-time and permanent, requiring your presence at the work location in person. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
