Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Automation.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ansible on Microsoft Azure, DevOps.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.- Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks.- Familiarity with configuration management tools.
