Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define the technology roadmap, ensuring it supports the long-term vision of the bank.
• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and secure enterprise-level architecture.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, ensuring alignment with the overall architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the bank's IT landscape.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, designs, and patterns.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's

degree is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations and service management, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-availability digital platforms.
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is highly desirable.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., OCI) and relevant security certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in IT service management tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive innovation in IT operations to meet evolving business needs

Professional certifications expected:

• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is highly desirable.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., OCI) and relevant security certifications are a plus.
