Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsible for performance testing of Mobile & Web applications of ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and stability under load conditions in Agile & Hybrid Delivery model - Develop, execute, and analyse performance test scripts.- Work with Dev, PO & BA to capture NFR detail at the early stage of STLC Cycle - Identify bottlenecks and optimise system performance.- Work with Development teams for performance tuning.- Provide performance test reports and recommendations.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy, Jmeter, TestRail, Jira, CI / CD Pipeline - Good to Have
Skills:

Splunk, Selenium C#, Postman- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter- Ability to analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvement- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques- Experience in creating performance testing strategies
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification
