Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that the applications meet business needs, and overseeing the development process to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also facilitate communication among team members and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Help the development teams identify Stories which can be grouped to form minimum viable deliveries in order to support the identification in order to deploy regularly to production- Be responsible for capturing business needs in user stories and use cases and ensure that here is sufficient detail to allow scope definition, estimation and prioritization- Support the use of preferred planning and prioritization tooling to capture and track deliveries, identify issues and help with roadmap and iteration planning and prioritization- Be proactive in supporting the teams engagement in a well defined SDLC that supports planning, prioritization and delivery needs- Support the team through help with defining scope and guiding estimation of work to be done by leveraging domain and business knowledge- Identify opportunities to consolidate deliveries so as to more effectively address root cause issues across multiple platforms or business products- Ensure that business prioritization gates in the SDLC are utilized effectively by guiding the business product owners and analysts through the SDLC- Support members of the software team in delivering high quality and innovative software solutions that meet business needs by working with team members at each stage in the feature lifecycle:estimation, prioritization, test case analysis, development, testing, deployment- Collaborate with the development team, the PEs, TLs and TDMs and the business to establish and analyze trade-offs between usability and delivery- Identify and support team to identify and escalate risks as appropriate- Work with the Team Leaders to provide time and resource estimates, identify potential areas of risk and suggest mitigating actions Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Must have - Tech BA. Should have exposure to the relevant industry (Rates/FX).

Should have experience in a business analysis role in the delivery of complex systems - Should have experience in eliciting and capturing requirements, using user stories and use cases, in a software development environment for the delivery of complex systems - Should have experience in full software development lifecycle in a technical role- Should have experience in delivering platforms and services across multiple teams- Should have experience in multi-year projects from inception to maintenance- Should have experience in mentoring colleagues and supporting colleague growth and advancement- Should have experience in transitioning applications and/or products from vendors or remote locations to local teams- Should have knowledge in Financial Markets, Systems and Over the Counter (OTC) products- Should have experience in using agile tooling to support team delivery- Should have understanding in European Regulatory Regimes including MiFID, MiFIR or equivalent; Experience with the technical aspects of Regulatory Reporting including Reference Data, Order Management and Trade Management systems to comply with Regulatory Requirements
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
