Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. A typical day in this role involves analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design and develop high-quality software solutions based on user requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications.- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding techniques. Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.- Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Good To Have

Skills:

Experience with Spring Boot and Angular frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
