Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React Native, Java 21, Spring Boot, and AWS to design and develop reusable, runtime-integrated components. These components will power seamless experiences across mobile, web, and integrated digital surfaces, enabling rapid delivery of personalized and scalable digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable components for cross-platform deployment.Develop and optimize React Native front-end interfaces for mobile and web.Familiarity with Camunda (BPM) Implement robust Java 21 + Spring Boot back-end services with a focus on performance and scalability.Integrate with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) to support cloud-native deployments.Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration across digital surfaces.Ensure components are secure, observable, and compliant with enterprise standards.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.Required Skills &
Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile/web development.Deep knowledge of Java 21 and Spring Boot for building scalable APIs and services.Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK).Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing, and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with micro frontends or component libraries with a focus on building reusable ReactNative components.Exposure to runtime integration patterns and use of Expo and or rePack.Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and secure API design. Qualification 15 years full time education
