About The Role

Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills :Software Architectures

Summary:The role requires deep expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, product development.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams across product lines and technologies.- Establish and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals.- Drive adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps.- Partner with Product Management and Architecture to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.- Define and track key metrics for software quality, velocity, and team performance.- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.- Promote engineering excellence through design reviews, code quality initiatives, and continuous learning programs. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Software Architectures.- Strong understanding of application design patterns and best practices.- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
