The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong technical background with a solid foundation in B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc / MCA qualifications and have at least 5-8 years of experience in software development. As a hands-on coding and architect position, you will be responsible for coding (50% of time), communicating (20% of time), and code review, architecture, and mentoring (30% of time). You should have a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and demonstrate a drive to deliver projects on or before the schedule. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including 2 years of team-based software development in a structured environment which involved project management, formal build and release procedures, source control (subversion, CVS, etc), and requirements documentation. Moreover, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in iOS Development and Android Development, along with proficiency in working with JSON and XML web services. A strong understanding of mobile SDLC and cross-platform best practices is essential for this role.
