As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing implementation support to the onboarding team, ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of our products and services for new customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting application issues, reviewing and debugging application code, and addressing technical inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding system functionality and configurations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work together to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within established timelines. Monitoring application availability and performance, conducting initial triage of product-related incidents, and proactively analyzing incidents for prompt response and resolution will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will validate system functionalities post-maintenance or deployments and perform operational tasks to maintain application environments effectively. Your proficiency in analyzing application and server logs, MySQL, networking, basic Linux server administration, and at least one interpreted programming language (e.g., PHP, Nodejs, or Python) will be essential for success in this role. You must also possess a good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and application architecture, along with strong analytical skills in troubleshooting technical issues and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required, is a must. You should also be able to clearly communicate technical information and problem resolutions in English while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers via email. Continuous monitoring of application components to enhance customer experience will be an ongoing focus of your responsibilities.
