Role & responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders through the provided application
  • Collate the necessary documents using various applications
  • Verify and update the information as required
  • Enter information as per the data in the application
  • Modify and correct techniques as per the feedback/training received from supervisors or th

quality team

  • Maintain daily tracker of completed tasks
  • Conduct quality checks, floor support and trainings if required
  • Adhere to the productivity, quality and timelines standards defined to ensure Service Level

Agreements (SLAs) are met with no penalty

  • Role to be considered as Individual contributor basis business requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good typing skills with a typing speed of 30 WPM and accuracy of greater than 90%
  • Good decision making and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of MS Office tools
  • Flexible to work in shifts
