Job Profile Title: Lead Hardware Engineer Work location: Pune Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications from a reputed University. Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Electronics / CDAC Technical competency: 7 to 10 years Hands-on Experience in Design and Development, consisting of Hands-on Experience in Design of mixed signals circuits including power components, microcontrollers, and Analog components. Experience in design of Power Supply circuits, op-amp based circuits, filters, signal conditioning circuits, closed loop process control circuits, EMI/EMC mitigation techniques, etc. Strong knowledge of component selection for an electronics circuit Preparing Schematics and PCB layouts using EDA tools like Altium, Mentor Graphics, Cadence, Autodesk Eagle, Fusion 360 etc. Experience in design of multilayer boards (minimum 4-layer and above) and their thermal and noise analysis, SI, PI, DFM. Hands-on experience on various interfaces like, RS232, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, etc. Texas Instruments C2000, Renesas, NXP etc. will be an added advantage.
