Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML techniques, a passion for solving complex problems, and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development and Deployment
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Algorithm Selection and Implementation
• Select appropriate machine learning algorithms based on project requirements and data characteristics.
• Implement and fine-tune algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Research and Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Experiment with new techniques and approaches to improve existing models.
• Collaborative Development
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Performance Monitoring and Maintenance
• Monitor the performance of deployed models and ensure their reliability and accuracy.
• Continuously update models to adapt to new data and changing requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Data Skills: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
