Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for AI/ML applications, from high-level architecture to detailed module implementation.
Act as primary client technical advisor: gather requirements, shape solution roadmaps, and validate deliverables.
Create and maintain effort estimations, project plans, and risk assessments, revising as projects evolve.
Hands-on development in Python: build data pipelines, train/tune models, integrate agentic AI workflows and GenAI components.
Hands-on experience with Python, Hugging face Transformers and other algorithms
Define and execute prompt engineering strategies for LLM-driven features.
Implement and optimize production ML systems on cloud platforms (Azure), ensuring CI/CD and MLOps best practices.
Conduct code reviews, performance profiling, and system tests without supervision.
Drive ethical AI governance, data privacy compliance, and model monitoring processes.
