Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a growing specialization in Agentic AI. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous agents to solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems

• Design and implement agent-based architectures using frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LangChain.
• Develop multi-agent workflows for task orchestration, decision-making, and autonomous execution.
• Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and memory systems to enable tool-augmented agents.

2. Model Development & Fine-Tuning

• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs (e.g., using Mistral Large, Gemini Flash, Open AI, AWS Bedrock)
• Build and optimize custom NLP models for tasks like summarization, classification, and generation.
• Contribute to open-source projects or internal model repositories.

3. Data Engineering & Processing

• Preprocess and analyze large-scale datasets for training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines for linguistic and structured data.

4. Evaluation & Optimization

• Implement robust evaluation metrics.
• Optimize models and agents for latency, memory, and scalability in production environments.

5. Collaboration & Research Integration

• Work closely with researchers, product teams, and software engineers to translate cutting-edge AI into real-world applications.
• Stay updated with the latest in LLM research, agentic architectures, and AI safety.

6. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain clear documentation for models, agents, and workflows.
• Present findings and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and CrewAI-like frameworks.
• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with WatsonX, LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and ethical AI principles.
