As a Senior Developer working on a Business Intelligence (BI) project, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and BI development. You will collaborate with the team to design OAC RPD, perform data warehousing, data modeling, and develop reports and dashboards. Your expertise in OAC RPD development should include time series calculations, YTD measures, and configuring security aspects. Your role will involve creating projects using Oracle Analytics Cloud to visualize data trends and provide valuable analytics for business users. You will build complex reports in OAC efficiently, ensuring a good understanding of role security aspects. Additionally, your proficiency in data modeling using STAR and SNOWFLAKE schema design will be essential for this position. As part of your responsibilities, you must have a strong knowledge of Oracle database PLSQL development and be able to write advanced SQL queries using Oracle's SQL aggregate and analytic functions. Your expertise should extend to debugging, optimizing, and performance tuning of OAC visualizations, Oracle BI Repository, dashboards, and reports. You will be expected to adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity, test design, analysis validation, and documentation. Understanding and designing data models to establish a robust Datawarehouse environment will be a key aspect of this role. Your primary skill sets should include 5 to 8 years of BI experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Informatica, OBI, OAC, SQL, and Oracle Apex. You should have worked on at least 2 complete life cycle implementations of BI projects.
