Agentic AI Developer

As an Agent Developer at Agentic AI, you will play a crucial role in our endeavor to develop and launch assistive agents. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents that improve efficiency in program tracking, governance, and execution. You will collaborate with various internal tools and data sources to bring defined requirements and use cases to life. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field. Additionally, certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP would be advantageous. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required to be eligible for this position. Your technical skills should encompass a range of competencies including API development and integration, database knowledge (MySQL or Cloud Spanner), familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), testing and debugging expertise, machine learning fundamentals, experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML integration, tool integrations, data handling techniques, and the ability to implement contextual and user-specific response logic within AI agents. In addition to technical skills, soft skills and collaboration are essential for success in this role. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in cross-functional teams, effective written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Key responsibilities of the role include agent development, integration with internal and external tools, data handling, personalization of agent responses, automation and scripting, testing and debugging, participation in experimentation and evaluation, maintaining code quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality agent solutions.
