Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and responsible Admin Executive to manage and oversee various administrative and office-related tasks. This role involves handling day-to-day office operations, assisting with hiring processes, maintaining office records, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the office by supporting internal teams, assisting in basic HR duties (such as shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews), and ensuring all administrative systems are in place. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative and clerical tasks related to office management

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers (e.g. housekeeping, IT support, utilities)

Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders when necessary

Assist in hiring processes, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees

Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation

Support various departments with administrative needs (photocopying, filing, record keeping, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment

Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) is functional and serviced on time

Liaise with external vendors, courier services, and other third parties as required

Prepare simple reports or updates on office activities when needed

Welcome and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage courier deliveries

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a basic graduate degree (any stream)

Prior experience in an admin, receptionist, or office assistant role is a plus (not mandatory)

Basic understanding of administrative and HR functions

Good communication skills – both verbal and written

Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, emails, Google Sheets/Docs)

Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail

Professional attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
