Accounts Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure timely posting of all transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash/fund flow statements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Create financial reports, dashboards, and MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform financial analysis including cost analysis, profitability, and variance analysis.
• Present meaningful financial insights to management for decision-making.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and taxation rules.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Team & Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Business, and Operations.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS Reports).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (Data analysis, formulas, collaborative reporting).
• Hands-on experience in Accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/SAP or similar).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoices, reconciliation & taxation.

Education & Experience

• CA INTER PREFERED
• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts or Finance role.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis using Excel & Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
