Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and corporate policies. Additionally, you will manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring minimal observations and timely resolution of audit queries. Handling statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESIC, and MLWF, and supporting income tax return filings will be a key part of your role. Leading budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring budget vs. actuals, analyzing variances, and providing corrective insights will also be within your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage banking operations, including daily reconciliations, bank stock statements, and import/export-related documentation. Your tasks will also include preparing and presenting monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and providing support to auditors and management. Qualification Required: - Semi-qualified CA / CMA. - Additional certifications in GST / Taxation / Tally / ERP are advantageous. Work Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and banking operations. - Experience in manufacturing/trading/export-import companies is desirable. - Familiarity with import/export documentation, BRC realization, ECGC, Plex council returns. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software. - Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliations). - Up-to-date understanding of Indian taxation laws and statutory compliance deadlines.
