Job Title: Account Executive Location: Nagasandra Experience: 2–3 years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month Industry: Accounts & Finance Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Account Executive with strong working knowledge of Tally and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, sales accounting, and e-way bill preparation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally. Handle GST filings, GST input/output calculations, and reconciliation. Prepare and manage TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance. Manage sales accounting, invoicing, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups. Generate and manage E-Way Bills for sales and purchase transactions. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and support month-end closing. Assist in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and MIS. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred). 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, sales accounting, and e-way bills. Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication and organizational skills.
