Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention through exceptional service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
