Job Title: Computer Operator (Tally ERP)

Job Description:

Responsible for vendor search, email communication, Tally ERP entries, and coordination of courier/transportation activities or any other day to day work given by the managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with suppliers; obtain and record quotations.
• Send emails, follow up with vendors, and maintain basic documentation.
• Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Coordinate courier and transport arrangements and track shipments.
• Manage routine office tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
• Strong internet research and email communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle follow-ups independently.
